Delivery Policy

Free deliveries on all order to the UK

 

We aim to despatch all our orders within 3-5 working days of order, however this may not always be possible for the following reasons:


1. Pre-orders: Products on pre-order that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched according to the date/time specified on the website.
2. Credit/debit card checks: Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit/debit card which might delay your order.
3. Shirt printing: Personalised items please allow an additional 3-5 working days before they are ready to be despatched. despatching may increase to 3-7 working days during Christmas or other peak times.
4. Orders with different stock availability: If you have selected multiple items with different availability dates then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box numbers

We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days (subject to despatch times please see above), but please allow up to 28 working days for delivery to destinations outside of the UK.


Please note: It is our policy to despatch orders in the shortest time possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay whilst in transit.

Our international courier requires a phone number so they can get in touch with the delivery contact regarding customs and import duty. Please ensure there is a contact number stored within your account before placing an order.

Import Duty

 

On 31 January 2020, the UK withdrew from the EU. With the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020, the UK is no longer in the EU single market and customs union. Countries which usually did not incur import duties will now be subject to these additional charges.

Most deliveries outside of the UK will incur import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You the customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return items within 30 days in its original condition with tags attached in a resaleable condition with the despatch note for an exchange or full refund of the price you paid for the item via the original method of payment.

For a combination, multi-buy or promotional purchase (buy one get one free for example), you must return any free items or vouchers back to us before we can process a refund.

Returns for personalised product will only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect from the receipt of order or if the product is faulty.

How Do I return my item?

Please return or exchange an item by post:

1. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags still attached.
2. Wrap the item(s) securely in a suitable envelope or packet with your receipt
3. Don't forget to include a note of actions you would like to take i.e. refund, replacement, faulty etc.
4. Post the item(s) by recorded delivery* to the following address:

*For your protection we recommend that you send all returns via a traceable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for any goods not received.

Please allow up to 30 working days for this to be processed.

Refund:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you used a gift card to pay for an order, either partially or in full, please ensure you keep the gift card, as refunds will be processed on to the original gift card in the event of a return.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund/exchange to be processed.

Refunds are not given for the following items:
Personalised shirts made to your specification or printed with a players name or number even if the player subsequently leaves the club or his number changes during his career at Huddersfield Giants.
